OFGCC Membership
If you enjoy hunting, fishing and the great outdoors and are interested in preserving these traditions and promoting conservation of natural habitats, The Orillia Fish and Game Conservation Club may be of interest to you. Membership in the Club is open to any person, 19 years of age or older. We invite you to complete an application for membership which can be obtained from any members of our Club.
To become a member, you must be sponsored by two club members in good standing. You must then submit a membership application form, along with your membership dues for the current year to the club Membership Chairman.

- The joy of working with other members on conservation related projects that really do make a difference to the natural environment in which we live.
- Included in your membership with the Orillia Fish & Game Conservation Club is a membership with the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters (OFAH) with all of the benefits the OFAH has to offer, such as a subscription to the Ontario Out of Doors magazine and one million dollars in outdoor liability insurance.
- Access to the George Langman Sanctuary. Come out and enjoy the wildlife that inhabits the property, along with the 6 km of walking trails, that the club has developed for public use.
- Access to the Orillia Fish and Game Conservation Club tree farm, a 90 acre plot of land located on Bass Lake Side Road, just south of the 9th Line of Oro-Medonte. The property includes two trout ponds, a picnic area and many acres of hardwood forest with walking trails for members to hunt, fish or just enjoy a nice family walk in a tranquil setting. We also operate a 100 yard Certified Outdoor Long Gun Range (Archery Included) We do not allow handgun use on our range and members who wish to use our range must complete a Range Officers Course which covers all areas of safe gun handling and range use. If you wish to become a Club Member you must donate 25 hours per year of your time to club work, projects and or fundraising.
